Meatloaf
 1 lb lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
 1 Medium White Onion Chopped Fine
 1 Medium Bell Pepper Chopped Fine
 1 12oz Can of Contadina Tomato Paste* Use Half for Mix and Half For Topping*
 2 Eggs Beaten
 1 cup of Progresso Italian Season Bread Crumbs
 ½ cup Ketchup
 ½ cup Milk
Topping
 ½ of the 12oz can of Contadina Tomato Paste* For Topping*

Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix all Meatloaf ingredients well. Press mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes. It's just that easy.

Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup and the remaining tomato paste evenly over the top of your meatloaf. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
