 14 fl oz Peeled & Deveined Jumbo Shrimp
 2 lbs Catfish Cleaned
 1 Med- Red Bell Pepper
 1 Med - Green Bell Pepper
 1 Stock of Celery Add to your liking.
 1 Med - White Onion
 Fresh or Canned Sliced Mushroom. Add to your liking
 2 Bay Leafs
 1 1- Bunch of Parsley Add to your liking
 28 oz Can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes ** Optional**
 29 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
 6 oz Can of Tomato Paste
 Tony Chachere's Creole Original Seasoning, ** Add to Taste***
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Preparing The Catfish and Shrimp

Start by preparing the catfish by seasoning the fish with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. You can use other types of seasoning also. Example garlic powder and salt and pepper, I chose to stay with Chachere Creole Seasoning. Once you have season your fish set aside in refrigerator until needed.

Next Step: clean and wash your shrimp. Lightly season the shrimp using Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. Once seasoned set aside in refigerator.

Time to Saute Veggies

Wash and chop red bell pepper.

Wash and chop green bell pepper.

Wash and chop celery.

Wash sliced mushrooms

Time to saute veggies I used butter you can use any type of oil you wish to saute. Place all veggies into the pot you're going to use, add oil/butter heat and add vegetables. While sauteing vegetables add to taste Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning or seasoning of your choice.

Now that all veggies have been sauteed its time to add your tomato paste. Once you have added the tomato paste follow it with 1 cup of water. Mix then add 1 can of tomato sauce mix then add 1 can of whole tomatoes.

Add 2 Bay Leafs let simmer for 10 mins on low heat.

Your almost done! Now it's time to go to your frig and pull out the seasoned catfish and add to the simmering sauce. Lightly stir and cook for 10 mins on medium heat. Stir occasionally to avoid burning or overspill. *** Make sure when stirring be very careful not to break apart the catfish it becomes soft when cooked***

Now it time to add your shrimp. Slowly add the shrimp to your sauce cook for 5mins and it's time to Enjoy! You can serve this on a bed of rice or pasta of your choice.
