Ok, this is a very simple recipe. Let's start out by washing all veggies,

2

Next dice pineapple into small cubes. Place into a large bowl.

3

Next slice and dice 3 Roma tomatoes. Place into a large bowl

4

Next, Peel Mango and slice into small cubes. Place into a large bowl.

5

Next, peel and slice red onion into very small cubes. Place into a large bowl.

6

Next, Cut and dice up serrano peppers into small pieces seeds and all. If you're feeling bold toss in a few more for that extra Kick...

7

Next, cut and dice cilantro into small pieces. make sure when you first cut the cilantro cut without including stems. You don't want to add the stems they are very chewy and are not pleasant to have in your salsa. Place into a large bowl.

8

Add all ingredients to a large bowl

9

Next cut lime in half

10

Next squeeze both half all over contents in the bowl.

11

Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

12

Next, Mix all ingredient well.

Chunky or Blended Anyone!

Once you have mixed everything together you will have a bowl full of yumminess. Now it's time to figure out if you're going to leave it chunky or blend it using a food processor. Below I have shown both. I hope that you enjoy this tasty salsa. Drop me a comment let me know how it turned out for you.
