Garlic Mushroom and Spinach

 2 Bunches of Fresh Spinach
 1 Package of Mushrooms ** I used portobello**
 1 Garlic Bulb
 4 tbsp Olive Oil
 3 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes ** If you feeling bold add a little more!***

Start off by washing and cutting your spinach. Make sure that you do not include the stems they can be rather chewy.

Next: Place spinach into a bowl and set aside.

Next: Remove six (6) cloves from your garlic bulb and remove skin.

Next: Slice cloves into medium or thin slices ** Depends on your preference ** I sliced mines medium thickness.

Preparation

Next: Using a skillet of preference add 4 tsp of olive oil.

Next: Add sliced garlic.

Next: Saute garlic

Next: Add sliced mushrooms.

Next: Saute garlic and mushrooms until garlic is golden brown and mushrooms are softened.

Next: Add crushed peppers.

Next: Add spinach to garlic and mushrooms.

Next: Add 4 tbs of Sesame Seed Oil.

Next: Mix all ingredients together well.

Next: Cover and let cook until spinach is softened do not over cook.

Next: Remove from heat and serve.
