Balsamic and Mozzarella Bruschetta

 8 Roma Tomatoes Diced
 1 (8 ounce) BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Ball
  cup Chopped Fresh Basil
 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
 ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
 1 Loaf French Bread, Toasted and Sliced

Slice french bread into desired slices. Lightly drizzle olive oil into a skill then heat on medium. Add sliced french bread and lightly toast on both sides.

Cube the mozzarella into small cubes.

In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
